Terms and conditions of Use

1. I am of legal age to use this service or, if I am underage, my parent or legal guardian accepts these terms of use on my behalf.
   
   
2. The operation or use of any mobile device must be in accordance with local laws. All use of WX2ME services must comply with the appropriate local laws and regulations.
   
   
3. WX2ME charges for the service of delivering aviation weather reports and receiving requests for aviation weather reports via mobile (cell) phones. The reports themselves do not constitute the property of WX2ME or any of its affiliates and are public information.
   
   
4. Under no circumstances does WX2ME or any of its affiliates guarantee or assume legal responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided or the accuracy of its transmission.
   
   Information relating to weather, airport and weather station names and ICAO or IATA codes must be verified personally.
   
   
5. Limitation of Liability: All information provided by WX2ME is provided "as is" and is to be used at your own risk. Under no circumstances does WX2ME take any responsibility for any injury directly or indirectly related to or resulting from any information distributed or not distributed by WX2ME, or any delay, error in access, or error in transmission related to the service. WX2ME is not liable for any loss of profits, or incidental or consequential damages related to your transactions or communications with WX2ME.
   
   
6. The use of a WX2ME service account (mobile/cell phone) is intended for the registered user only. By providing WX2ME access via your account to a third party the registered user is assuming all liability for any incidental or consequential damages or injuries that may arise from a person other than the registered user using a WX2ME account.
   
   
7. Indemnification: The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless WX2ME and all of its affiliates and their officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all claims. The user agrees that WX2ME and its affiliates do not hold any responsibility for any injury to person or property resulting directly or indirectly from any i) service operated by WX2ME and/or its affiliates and ii) any information distributed by WX2ME and and/or its affiliates whether accurate or inaccurate.
